On March 2, 2025, the Haliburton Kawartha Northumberland Peterborough (HKNP) Health Unit (formerly the Haliburton Pine Ridge District Health Unit) declared Highland Wood Long Term Care Home to be in a Respiratory Outbreak.
Currently five (5) residents are experiencing respiratory symptoms.
We are delighted to share that Dr. Jennifer Mark, an Obstetrician-Gynecologist, is now accepting new patients, including patients without a primary care provider.
