The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Haliburton Highlands Health Services Corporation (HHHS) will be held on June 27, 2024.
For a Member to be eligible to vote at meetings of the Corporation, including annual general meetings, new members must meet the Member eligibility requirements, be admitted as Members by the Board of HHHS and have paid in full the membership fee 60 days before the date of the meeting.
In order to participate, Corporation members and members of the public who wish to attend will require an invitation, which will provide further information on how to participate.

NOTE: As per section 3.5 (b) of the HHHS By-Laws: "A Member is not entitled to vote at any meetings of the Corporation unless the membership fee was paid in full at least sixty (60) days prior to the date of the meeting." Please refer to www.hhhs.ca/about/accountability for the full and current HHHS By-Laws (titled 'Amended and Restated Complete HHHS 2020 By-Law'). In accordance with section 56(5) of the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act only voting members may nominate Directors for election.
