Home Help
This program can help with routine tasks around the home, such as meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, interior window cleaning, gardening, errands, and other cleaning duties. The work can be done on a one-time basis or more regularly, depending on the need.
There is a $22 cost per hour for this service, with a minimum of two hours of service. Community Support Services will set you up with an approved Brokered Worker and then you will pay the worker directly. You will also need to supply all cleaning products and equipment.

Home Maintenance
This program can help you tackle home maintenance and repair work, such as heavy house cleaning, yard maintenance, snow shovelling, and cleaning outside windows. The work can be done on a one-time basis or regularly, depending on the need.
Workers cannot perform any work that requires skills associated with the licensed trades, such as electrical, plumbing, appliance or furnace repair, etc.

You will also need to supply all equipment and cleaning products. In situations where the Worker supplies and uses their own equipment (like lawn mowers or snow blowers), they will present the client with a firm job price, and the client can then accept or reject the offer prior to the work being done.
