Adult Day Program

The Adult Day Program provides a structured, therapeutic, and individualized day program for adults who are living at home - either alone, or with family caregivers. Within a group setting, the Day Program offers supervised activities to assist participants in achieving and maintaining their maximum level of function, to prevent premature hospitalization, and to provide respite and support for caregivers.

Stay Healthy and Independent With Us

Activities include planned social, cognitive, recreational and physical activation, assistance with activities of daily living, a noon meal, health supervision, and caregiver support. Programming is tailored to the interests of the individual participants attending and is planned to maximize the strengths and abilities of clients and promote positive feelings of accomplishment and self-worth.

From Our Clients

It's nice to know there are people who care about the old people like me. I like the program because I get to meet other people like myself and know I am not alone. I have made several friends and I’ve been reacquainted with other friends from the community that I haven’t seen in a long time. I just love the staff and the volunteers that are a part of the Adult Day Program and I am very grateful to have found this program.
