  • Intensive Case Management
  • Early Intervention (14-35 years)
  • Support Within Housing
  • Skill & Housing Retention
  • Psychiatric Consultation and Follow-up (doctor referral only)
  • An experienced team who provides service to individuals and families with a mental health condition.

Who Do We Provide Service To?

  • Anyone with a mental health condition over 16 years of age
  • We assist in treating conditions associated with psychosis, moods & anxiety, including concurrent disorders
  • Response to situational stressors that affect daily living and coping
  • Provide support and psycho-education for family members

Office Hours:   Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm              705-286-4575
