We cordially invite you to the Haliburton Highlands Health Services Corporation 28th Annual Meeting - a time to come together and reflect on the year past, and our bright future ahead.
Please note the following important information and be sure to arrange your attendance and participation accordingly.
1. We are happy to share that our Annual Meeting will be available both in person (Minden Auditorium) and online via zoom, from 2:00-3:30pm.
2. If you are Corporate Member, you must attend in person to vote. If you choose to participate virtually, you will be unable to participate in voting.
3. Those attending in person are asked to come between 1:30pm and 1:55pm to register. There will be reserved seating for Corporate Members and there is limited in-person capacity overall. Please email hhhsceoboardoffice@hhhs.ca to pre-register. Those attending virtually will receive the Zoom link and instructions two days prior to the meeting.
4. The Agenda will be posted on the website a week before the meeting and full agenda packages will be available at the Registration Desk.
5. Whether you attend our Annual Meeting in person or virtually, we welcome you to share your questions during our Q&A period. If you are in the room with us, you can raise your hand to pose your question live. If you are attending the Annual Meeting online, you can leverage the chat function to ask your question. We also welcome questions ahead of time.
6. The Annual Meeting will be recorded and posted on our website with the slide deck.
