We believe in making community matter – one client at a time. Call us today if you or a loved one could benefit from a little more support to stay in our community a little longer, healthier, and happier, including if you are a caregiver looking for support yourself.
If you don’t see a particular program, service, or support you are seeking, please reach out to our Community Support Services team, and we will help you navigate the many options available to you in our region.
Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The Community Support Services office is located across the parking lot from the Haliburton site of HHHS - the "little green house."

Shuttle Services at HHHS!
Starting June 4th, HHHS will offer Weekly Shuttle Services EVERY Wednesday for $15 a round trip!
Pre-registration is required each week by 4:00 PM the Monday before. Seats are limited—secure your spot early.

Wellness Connections
Wellness Connections is an online platform designed to help age 65+ learn healthy changes and choices(though no age is turned away). This program also provides connections to local service providers. There is no cost for this program that provides modules on sleep, activity, diet and nutrition and more. They can track their goal settings, celebrate achievements, and interact with the Wellness Connections community on a Notice Board.

Haliburton has partnered with Kawartha Lakes to provide this wonderful program. There is a lending program for those who may not have access. One on one training for technical support. As a team we are working to ensure a supported care journey.
