Meals on Wheels
Meals on Wheels provides nutritious meals to seniors 55+ and adults with disabilities, new moms (short-term, recovering, up to 12 weeks post partum), and those on short-term convalescence (usually 10 weeks) and their caregivers. If it is difficult for you to prepare your own meals or your lifestyle is busy, frozen nutritional meals may be for you. Reheated in a microwave or conventional oven, meals are designed to meet daily nutritional requirements and to provide access to healthy food. Suitable for low salt, low fat and/or diabetic diets. Special diet puree, minced, renal, gluten free, no lactose and 87 Na (low salt) meals may be arranged by special order.

Our Clients say: "“These meals are a life saver! I cannot stand to cook or do much of anything around the house right now but I am enjoying the meals I have been getting from the Meals on Wheels program. If I didn't have these I don't know what I would be eating - perhaps pre-packaged and unhealthy junk food? *blah*“
