Nursing Foot Care

Nursing Foot Care can be arranged for people of all ages, from infants to seniors, including those with diabetes who may have particular problems with foot care. Nurses provide assessment, care and advice for clients including preventative care as well as referral to other health professionals. Care includes clipping nails, treating corns, calluses, ingrown nails and thickened nails.

Home Visits for clients can be arranged to assess general health, provide expert foot care and counsel clients on how to care for their feet themselves.

Clinics are held alternating weeks between Haliburton and Minden.

Taking care of your feet for a lifetime can prevent ongoing or long term disability issues, especially if you have diabetes.

Regular foot care maintenance is simply a part of overall health maintenance which allows you to feel healthy and remain active as you age.
